As a member of CUA, a deposit of $25.00 will be maintained in a share savings account as your membership requirement. This savings account may be used in a variety of ways to suit your individual needs. Balances of $100.00 or more will earn the current interest rate.

Overdraft Transfer Feature
You may use your share savings as overdraft protection for your CUA checking if the available funds accommodate the amount needed.

Automatic Loan Payments
Use our convenient automatic payment feature from your share savings to any CUA loan to make your monthly required payment.

Automatic Deposits/Payroll Deductions
Use your share savings as a convenient savings method by having automatic deposits transferred from your checking account on a regular basis or by having your employer make payroll deductions directly into your share savings (check with your employer to see if this method is available to you). Automatic deposits to your share savings may also be set up as a recurring item on our On-Line Banking product.
