Pandemic Update from Credit Union of America
Hello,
With the COVID-19 virus disrupting everyone’s normal daily lives, I want to assure you that CUA is committed to providing a safe way for members to conduct their financial business and maintain access to their funds during this Pandemic crisis. We have an extensive and thorough plan in place to keep up with the evolving situation. In order to keep this commitment of providing service in a safe manner, we are closing our lobbies, effective Thursday, March 19, 2020, until further notice. By closing the lobbies, we will help minimize the spread of COVID-19. Our staff will be available to assist you via telephone, drive-thrus and Tap Tellers. CUA is very well prepared with our numerous technology-based and phone services to provide you with the friendly service you expect and deserve, whether you’re needing a loan or need to take out cash.
After reviewing CDC and KDHE guidelines on group activities, we are also postponing the CUA Annual Meeting to reduce face-to-face encounters. It’s important to hold our Annual Meetings so members can be updated on the state of the Credit Union. We will reschedule once we know that community events are no longer a risk to our members. I can assure you that your credit union is financially safe and sound.
To keep you well informed, we will continue to have updates on our website and will email you with important notices, as needed. If you have questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to call us. We are here to handle all your financial needs and questions. The following services are available for your use:
- Online & Mobile Banking
- Consumer & Auto Loans
- Real Estate Loans
- Tellers & TAP Tellers at Drive-thru Lanes
- ATMs at CUA Branches and 30,000+ in the COOP Network
- Member Support at 316.265.3272 or 800.256.8049
- Automated Phone Teller

If you have other questions or concerns, please call us so we can provide an answer or offer a solution. Again, CUA is committed to providing you access to the financial services that will help you the most, in a safe, quick, and friendly manner. I wish you and your families good health and together we’ll get through this national crisis.
