CUA digital banking is now available in English and Spanish!
Spanish translation is now live on CUA’s digital banking! If you or anyone you know is looking for a superb online experience and would enjoy the Spanish translation, it’s easy to find.
Login to CUA digital banking. If you’re not a current user, you can sign-up from a link on CUA’s home page.
Desktop: At the bottom of each page in online banking, you’ll find a toggle-bar that switches your information from English to Spanish, and vice versa. Toggle away!
Mobile App: If your mobile device is set to Spanish, the CUA’s app will automatically display in Spanish. The app is available in the Apple App Store and Google Play.
You can change your primary language in phone settings when wanting to move between Spanish and English displays.
- Areas of online banking that are provided by third-party providers, we regret, will not be translated at this time. These include services such as P2P, SnapCheck, Visa, and MMS Mortgage information.
- You may find a couple of other primary labels that are not yet translated. We hope to have all headings finalized soon, but we don’t think this should hinder your experience.
