PayNow Payment Mortgage Payments
Payments should be hassle free. Request to have payments automatically deducted on the due date from your current checking account at CUA or at another financial institution. So set it and forget it, call today to request “Auto Pay”!
Online Banking Transfers
Payments on any CUA loan can be made by “schedule a recurring payment” in Online or Mobile Banking. These payments post immediately to your CUA loan on the day you select, allowing you the luxury of last minute payments without fees.
If you’d like to set up your CUA loan for payment through online bill pay at another financial institution, you’ll need the loan account number listed on your closing docs.
PayNow One-time Payments
PayNow is a secure way for CUA members to withdraw funds from another financial institution to make their CUA loan payment. You can pay by ACH (electronic check), debit card, or credit card. Review these PayNow details then click on the button below to make your payment.
What you'll need:
Routing number and account number from your other financial institution (to withdraw from), OR Your credit/debit card number & 3-digit security code (CSV) on the back of the card
Your member number and loan suffix number at CUA.
How it works:
Click on the link below and follow the prompts to register. (1st time only)
Once you receive a confirmation email with a login link, then you can request a payment transfer.
If your PayNow request is submitted during normal business hours, you can expect your money to be withdrawn from your other financial institution that same day and your payment will be posted to your CUA loan the next business day.
Orders submitted after hours, on holidays, or weekends will be withdrawn the next business day and the payment will be applied to your loan the second business day.
What does it cost?
PayNow has a low, convenience fee of just $10.00 per transfer. The convenience fee is added onto the amount you withdraw from your other financial institution.
