  • Minimum $1 to open covered by CUA
  • Name, address, date of birth, SSN, physical address, and a copy of a valid ID is required for each individual that owns 25% or more of the legal entity business and for the individual who has significant responsibility for managing the business and all authorized signers. This does not apply to sole proprietorships.
  • Additional documentation may be required for these business types:
      • No business documents required. Business reports under sole proprietor's SSN.
