Tips for Card Disputes

Credit Cards

All credit card disputes, whether they're your charges or fraudulent charges, are handled through our credit card service partner, PSCU. If you've signed up for VISA credit card access within online banking, you can file all necessary dispute paperwork online. Once you've logged in to online banking, go to Accounts and then Credit Card Access. From there, click Online Services and you will see the following available links. Click Dispute a Charge and follow the instructions.

Debit Cards

If the amount you authorized is different than the actual amount charged, this is called a Merchant Dispute. In this case, contact the merchant who charged your card first. If the issue can not be rectified, contact our service partner, PSCU, at 866.820.5887.

If you find a charge on your debit card from a retailer that you did not authorize at all, and you detect fraud on the debit card, please call Credit Union of America directly at 316.265.3272 or visit any CUA location during normal business hours. There will be a form to complete and sign- this can be done in person or via secure email.
