Debit Card Disputes

Noticed a charge you don’t recognize? Here’s how to take action:

  • A merchant dispute happens when the amount you were charged differs from what you authorized. In this case, start by contacting the merchant directly. If the issue isn’t resolved, get in touch with us.
  • If you see a charge you didn’t authorize, contact us immediately. To move forward, you’ll need to complete and sign a dispute form—either at a branch or through secure email.
