Example: A $100,000 loan with a $299 closing cost at 5.75% interest rate and a 5.816% fixed APR and zero down would result in a monthly payment of $1,097.69 for 120 months. Taxes and insurance are not included; actual payments may be greater. Property must be owner occupied, primary residence. New Credit Union of America (CUA) loans only. Current CUA loans may be eligible for modifications or traditional refinances. Minimum 2 months’ reserves are required; escrows are optional.
