You can set up card alerts in Digital Banking within the "Card Management" widget. 

You can fill our the Balance Transfer Request form online. You may also give us a call or stop by any Credit Union of America location to fill out a balance transfer requst form. Having a copy of your statement for the balance you are trying to transfer over will help make this process easier.

We do have rewards points for both of Credit Union of America's consumer credit cards. CUA's Signature Cash Back card has 2% cash back per dollar spent and you earn 7,500 bonus points for spending $3,000 in the first 90 days. CUA's Platinum Give Back card earns 1 reward point for every dollar you spend.

Yes, Credit Union of America offers "Card Management" in Digital Banking. You can temporarily lock and unlock your card at your convenience. There are also other features such as permanently blocking the card, manage your cards limits, placing travel alerts and more.
