Click on the new user link underneath the login credentials. You will be directed to a registration page that will begin the registration process.

You will need to have your Credit Union of America member number available as well as your social security number and date of birth. These are verified against the information we have on file to ensure you are the owner of your account(s).

You will also be asked to provide an email address and a mobile phone number. Your contact information is used for digital banking notifications and in the event that you need to reset your password.

If you select “Forgot Password” during the digital banking log in process, this will unlock your account by resetting your password.

Yes, Credit Union of America offers Card Management in digital banking. You can temporarily lock and unlock your card at your convenience. There are also other features such as permanently blocking the card, manage your cards limits, placing travel alerts and more.

You can place travel alerts at your own convenience in your digital banking “Card Management” feature.

You can find your eStatements in digital banking by selecting the “More” option then the eStatements widget.

Yes. Credit Union of America offers Account to Account transfers in digital banking through the Transfers widget.

To transfer funds to or from an account at another financial institution, select 'Add an External Account'. You can either securely connect your account by logging in to your other financial institution or choose 'Manually Add an External Account' to enter your account and routing information.

Once your external account is added and verified, you can transfer funds between accounts. Transfers have a $3,000 daily limit and a $5,000 monthly limit.
